How can we find you when we land at the airport?
Our meeting point varies depending on the airport you arrive at. However, the process is extremely simple, and we will send you detailed instructions via WhatsApp. Istanbul Airport (IST): Exit through Gate 13 of the terminal building and proceed towards the area with the H&B sign. Our team will be waiting for you there. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): When you exit through the main exit door of the arrivals hall, you can find us right across at point G55. Are your transfer fees per person?
Our pricing is strictly per vehicle, not per person. If you choose a Mercedes Vito, all your transfers for up to 8 passengers are priced at a single fixed vehicle rate. For Mercedes Sprinter, a single fixed price applies for the entire vehicle. No additional fees are charged based on the number of traveling passengers.

Will you wait for us at the airport, and for how long?
According to airport operational rules, our complimentary waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. If this period is exceeded, an additional waiting fee applies. However, your reservation will definitely not be cancelled, and we will not leave the airport until your transfer is safely completed.
How much luggage can you accommodate, and is there a fee for this?
For our Mercedes Vito vehicles, we can accommodate approximately 4 large and 3 small suitcases, or 5 large and 2 small suitcases, along with hand luggage. With our Sprinter vehicles, we can easily accommodate 7 large suitcases, 3 small suitcases, and hand luggage. There is no issue regarding luggage transport.
Does the transfer fee change once we arrive at the airport?
No, absolutely not. With Turvia's assurance, pricing remains fixed. When you arrive at the airport, no additional charges or any changes are made to the determined price.
